Here are 2 more cards using this technique. Just use the slit punch all the way down the side, then fold that piece behind and place a different color behind that. Very simple. It does work better with smaller pieces of cardstock only because you need to watch the placement of your punching.

Yes, that is right, FOUNTAINS! I counted 6 I think. There were tables of fruit, pretzels, macaroons, checkerboard cookies, biscotti, strawberries, pieneapple, etc. and the chocolate, ooooooooooh so yummy!
