My convention sun hat!
This idea was all mine. The flowers are tabs that you can pull up and get the candy out without wrecking the hat! I used the treat cups, ribbon, vintage brads, and the bo ho blossom punch.

Warmest Heart Bundle, water bottle and packing tape!
