Bright and Beautiful Shaker Card

Using the Bright and Beautiful stamp set from the Stampin'Up! Holiday Catalog (page 25) and the coordinating Stars Framelits from the annual catalog.  My shaker fill is the Frosted Sequins, page 22 of the Holiday catty.  My card base is Whisper White with layers of Soft Sky and Lost Lagoon.  You will need Window Sheets (page 192) and Shaker Frames (page 205).  I snipped the largest circle of the Shaker Frames and placed around the cut star piece, snipping and piecing as needed.  I also use the Embossing Buddy before placing my fill so it reduces the static.  The sentiment is also from this stamp set!
