The card base on this one is Baja Breeze with a layer of Midnight Muse and then Whisper White. The fish and greeting are stamped with Midnight Muse. The seaweed is again stamped with Versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder. After sponging all the white with Baja Breeze, the seaweed "pops" and looks like it is behind the fish! Love this technique!
