Bokeh technique

Finally getting around to trying this technique.  Bokeh is a photography term meaning blurred or out of focus image.  How did I do this?  I used sponge daubers to add Blackberry Bliss and Lost Lagoon ink to my Whisper White cardstock.  Let this dry or speed it up by using a heat gun.  Then I…
