Trying again to post this striking card I made!  I used Stampin'Up!'s 1/2 inch circle punch and strips of cardstock 1.25" wide by 1.25", 2", or 2.5" long in Real Red, Daffodil, delight, and Pacific Point.  I did not pop up the circles but they are adhered with mini glue dots and sponged, and highlighted…
