Washi Tape

I am using a chick waterer for my Halloween candy!  One of my downline, Katie Baldwin, had a jar decorated with the Stampin'Up! Washi Tape and loved the idea.  I can't remember what hers looked like, but got the itch to play around with this waterer and I had the tea lights from a year…
