Welcome Frame

I made this frame for a gift exchange.  It uses the WELCOME decor elements (114745 Chocolate large $7.95) on the glass, and then the designer paper is placed behind and is interchangeable for the season.  I used the Big Shot, of course, to die cut the leaves and snowflakes.  I also used the Pretties (the flowers and pearls).  The frame is one I bought at KMart.  Finding the right size frame was the hardest of all.  I used strips of cardstock where I needed to piece the 12×12 designer paper together.
