Daisy Die
Used the Big Shot again with the Daisy Die from Stampin'Up! I cut it in half and adhered onto Pumpkin Pie, and Chocolate Chip cardstock. See the corduroy brad? For the stem, I used the bird punch and just used part of the branch. We are making this card Wed. night at 7 p.m. at my home. Jennifer Weinandt is May hostess. The background layer is textured with the Square Lattice Embossing folder from the Summer Mini catalog. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.
The idea for using the daisy die in this way came from a swap card made by Katie Greene.

So clean and simple – yet lovely! How clever to cut that daisy in half and use it. I just recently bought the die and will need to try this. Wonderful card. I love it.

Thanks for sharing this. You inspired a look-alike in my stamp-a-stack this past weekend using a half of a daisy and half pearl from pretties kit along with the sweetest stem embosslet for my stem/leaves. I switched to the dots embossing folder and used taken with teal. But you definitely get the credit!
