Batty for You stamp set, 1″ x 8″ cello bags

The Batty for You stamp set is such an easy set to work with.  Even if you don't celebrate Halloween, there is a stamp with a pumpkin with a smiley face that says "You light up the place with that smile on your face".  This set of 8 is on page 26 of the Idea Book & Catalog, wood mount only, for $23.95.  The 1×8 cello bags are on page 11 of the Holiday Mini Catalog and are $2.50 for 50! Here I stuffed with m&m's, and an individually wrapped licorice stick.  You can also stuff with pencils, skittles, and/or similarly small candies.  Pixie stix should work, too!  I used the 1 3/4 inch scallop circle, 1 3/8" and 1" circle punches.
