Treat Bags from Recycled Packing Paper

Packing paper treat bag

Another demonstrator, Monika Davis,  came up with the idea of using the packing paper from our Stampin'Up! orders to make treat bags using the Square Scallop die.  This is my version.  Supplies used are:  Scallop Square die, page 223, #115950, $21.95

        2.5 inch Circle Punch, page 212, #120906, $16.95

        1 3/4 Scallop Circle punch, page 210, #119854, $16.95

        Owl Builder Punch, page 213, #118074, $16.95

Warmest of Wishes hostess stamp set from the Holiday Mini

        Crimper, page 207, #101618, $19.95

I folded the paper and placed one fold just inside the cutting blade of the die and then used snail to adhere the sides, leaving the top open.  Crimped it, and put a regular size Kit Kat bar inside.  These will come together very quickly if you have to make a lot of them.  I was going to add ribbon for a handle but you know these little ones will just tear into them and eat the chocolate! Hehehehe, who am I kidding, I would do the same.  Hopefully the chocolate bars stay untouched until I can fill the bags!
