Happy St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow “Pot of Gold” treat favor

This was inspired by a post on ourbestbites.com.  Their post was licorice and rolos in a bag, tied with a ribbon, but I decided to use Pool Party cardstock for the background.  If you look closely, maybe you can see that I sponged clouds using a stencil made from the scallop oval punch and whisper white craft ink.  I FINALLY found the twizzlers rainbow licorice on my 5th store stop, and that was KMart.  I checked HyVee, Walmart, Walgreens, the Dollar store, and finally KMart.  I did not find any rolos but already had the chocolate coins and I think they look better.  I stamped the shamrock from the Got Treats stamp set and the greeting from Teeny Tiny Wishes, both with Versamark, and then heat embossed them with the Wild Wasabi embossing powder.  My topper is made with Island Indigo, Wild Wasabi, and So Saffron cardstock, a color combo I got from the Color Coach.  Then I decided I wanted some ribbon and used the Island Idigo ruffled ribbon to finish it off.  This is the large size cello bag.
