Elmo card, Polka Dot Parade designer series paper

Elmo card

I made this for my granddaughter, Adalyn's 3rd birthday.  She really liked the Elmo card I made for her last year.  The card base is Real Red.  Elmo was made by punching with the large scallop circle punch, then I put it on a sticky note, and punched again, staggering the scallops.  The polka dot squares are from the Polka Dot Parade designer series paper, on page 164, of the big Stampin'Up! Catalog.  You get 6 different colors, and all polka dots on one side, or dotted circles on the other side.  The colors of these polka dots are Pumpkin Pie, Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive.  The sentiment is from the Perfectly Penned stamp set, page 132.  I used different punches for the eyes, nose, and mouth, and finished the eyes with the gel pen.
