Evergreen Stamp set

Evergreen 001
Evergreen 002

Yes, I have been busy stamping!  It is great therapy, really it is!  I designed this card for a swap I am participating in when we go to Hilton Head later this week.  Do you like it?  The card base is Very Vanilla, with pieces of Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, and Chocolate chip cardstock.  I then stamped the tree with Versamark and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder.  The sentiment on the side is from the More Merry Messages stamp set, page 15 of the big Stampin'Up! catalog.  The tree is from the Evergreen Stamp set, page 18 of the Holiday Catalog.   I then finished it off with the Basic Rhinestones.  I hope this card is swap worthy of Hilton Head Island Achievers!  I am so excited for this trip, my first ever earned FREE Stampin'Up! trip!

  1. I think this card is great and I wish I was going to be at Hilton Head to get one. I am thinking of casing it – maybe using paint chip samples instead of card stock. I always love your work – especially love the punch art.

  2. Thank you, Mary. I did change the colors on this card now and am feverishly working to get them done. Now my colors are Soft Suede, Early Espresso, and Basic Black, with the sentiment stamped in Black Stazon and the embossing is changed from Pewter to Silver.
