Open Sea Stamp Set

Here is another stamp set I earned FREE! I chose this set because I thought it would make great masculine cards.  The card base is Very Vanilla and layered with Midnight Muse.  I stamped with Midnight Muse and sponged the sky with Pool Party.  I ran the layer of Very Vanilla through the Big Shot with the Stripes embossing folder.  This reminds me of wainscoating at a beach house.  The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I stamped the image first, then punched it out with the 2 1/2" inch circle punch.  Then I ran the Midnight Muse layer through the Big Shot 3" inch circle die.  You can take the circle right out of the layer because no one sees the missing circle piece, thus saving you cardstock! I received a card at Stampin'Up! convention from Christy Frick with the port hole idea but she used different colors and designer series paper, and no texturing.
