Halloween Witch’s Sucker Broom treat

This idea has been shared by many so I don't know who the original creator was.  I could not find the regular coffee filters in the natural color, so had to buy the cone shaped natural filters.  I did have to use 2 filters to wrap around the sucker completely.  I trimmed off the seam and used a regular coffee filter folded in half and placed that over the cone shaped one, so that I had the right length.  I had to trim quite a bit off.  Then you snip from the bottom up, but not all the way.  I used Black Stazon ink to color the sucker stick.  I did this by just rubbing the ink pad all over the stick.  I wrapped the lst filter around the sucker, then added the 2nd filter.  Scrunch and twist where the stick and sucker meet, and wrap with linen thread.  I had the witch already done for a previous project so added that.  I have my Bootiful Occasions stamp set, (page 50 of the big Stampin'Up! catalog) coming today, and will make future treats using the witch's boot and and the broom sentiment!
