Dress Up Framelits, Carry On stamp set
These dress up framelits are so much fun! Here I cut up the center of the top half of one of the dress framelits to make it an open sweater. The card base is Baja Breeze with a layer of Island Indigo. The dress print is from the Twitterpated designer series paper. The purse is from the Carry On hostess stamp set.
