Dress Up Framelits, Carry On stamp set

All Dressed Up 003
These dress up framelits are so much fun!  Here I cut up the center of the top half of one of the dress framelits to make it an open sweater.  The card base is Baja Breeze with a layer of Island Indigo.  The dress print is from the Twitterpated designer series paper.  The purse is from the Carry On hostess stamp set.  You can earn FREE when you are a Stampin'Up! hostess, catalog party, or private party at your home or mine!  I did the card for the Latenight Stamper's Weekly Challenge 209 Feeling Blue.  You can check out the details here and anyone can play along!
