Graduation Spinner Cards

These Spinner Cards are addictive to make! The hat and the frog spin from side to side! The word window punch makes it so easy!  Then you use 2 pennies with a dimensional in between and then whatever you want to spin, just attach with another dimensional.  A trick to help it spin freely is to double stack 3 of the dimensionals on the back of the Gumball Green/Black layer.  Then just one (not double) dimensionals in each corner. The layout for these cards was inspired by the talented Dawn Olchefske.  I used different stamps and colors but the layout is the same. The top card I used the 1 1/4 and 1 3/8 inch circle punches to layer the graduation hat.  The hat is from the Pure Gumption stamp set.  The second card uses the frog from the Spring Sampler stamp set from the Stampin'Up! Spring Catalog.  The frog is punched with the 1" circle punch and then layered on the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch.  The "congratulations" is from the Delightful Dozen stamp set and will be in the next catalog.  The Cloudy Day embossing folder was used to texture the background and this and the Spring Sampler stamp set will no longer be available after this month so GET IT WHILE YOU CAN!
