I made this for my daughter's 22nd birthday on the 2nd.  She is in her last year of Dental Hygiene school so wanted a card that would have something to do with "smiles"  I used the Petite Pairs stamp set for all of the sentiments.  My card base is Raspberry Ripple with layers of the Birthday Basics designer series paper and Very Vanilla.  I also used the 2.5" circle and the large oval punches.  The layer behind the Birthday Wishes is a thinlit that is also included with the Circle Card Thinlits dies.  I wondered where I should sign the card but finally decided on writing on the back.  What is everyone else doing?  I also used the Envelope liners Framelits to line the envelope. She was happy with it and that is what matters most! Her teeth have always been important to her.  She wore braces as a kid and still wears her retainer at night.  For Christmas one year, she wanted Santa to bring her Crest Whitening strips!  She did really want to be a dentist but South Dakota has no dental school.
