Halloween Candy Favors!
These came together quick and easy! I used the Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper for the diaper fold treat and the candy bar wrap. The diaper fold is so easy. You just take a square of dsp or cardstock. Here I used 5.5" x 5.5" inches instead of 6 x 6 because I thought I would save a strip for some embellishment if I needed it. You fold opposite points together to make a triangle. Then criss cross the two side points and fold down the flap. You don't even need adhesive as it stays nicely once you have candy inserted! Now I have never used Washi tape but did here on two projects. I layered it on the front of my flap and trimmed the ends (skull pattern) on the Kit Kat bar treat. Then I used it again on the bag and clothespin. I found out I haven't gotten the Label Bracket Punch yet when I went to use it for the Tags 4 You stamp set to punch out the Trick or Treat. So I improvised by using the smallest of the Window Frames framelits. Then I layered that onto an Apothecary Art framelit, and then that is on a Designer Label punched Pumpkin pie scrap piece. On the candy bar, I layered it onto the Modern Label punched piece of black and then onto the designer Label Punch again. All three of these came together easy peasy. I used the Tag a Bag Gift Bags, $3.95 for 10 Food Safe bags, #131370. You can also buy this as a bundle with the Tag a Bag Accessory Kit if you like. I also have the Tag a Bag Gift Boxes but haven't enough candy for one yet. (Candy disappears so fast around here. Hmmmmmmm, I am the only one here that likes it).
All the candy favors are so cute! Who wouldn’t want to receive one of these?
