Masking Tape Techinique

This is my very first attempt at the Masking Tape or Painter's Tape Technique and I love how it turned out.  I did more after this but really liked my first one the best!  I took strips of tape and pressed it into my different ink pads, press it down on your cardstock and peel off!  Easy peasy but be careful about ink getting on your fingers!  The ink used from the bottom up is Island Indigo, Soft Sky, Marina Mist, and Pool Party.  The images and sentiment are stamped with Black Stazon on Whisper White, and are from the Wetlands stamp set.  Love, love, love this stamp set! This set is on page 69 of the Stampin'Up! catalog.  My card base is Smoky Slate with layers of Basic Black and Pool Party.  The designer paper is from the Winter Frost designer series paper stack.
