Blessed Easter stamp, Omitting Technique
This uses the single stamp, Blessed Easter, from page 20 of the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalog. It has the words "Wishes for a Blessed Easter" alongside the flowers but I wanted to use it for a sympathy card. I covered up the words with a post it note before inking the stamp, then removed the post it note before stamping on my whisper white cardstock. My card base is Whisper White, with layers of Pistachio Pudding and Basic Black. The upper right is a piece of dsp from the FREE Sale a Bration Sweet Sorbet designer series paper. I stamped the flowers and the sentiment with Black Stazon ink, then colored with a blender pen using Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe ink pads. The sentiment is from the Simply Sketched hostess stamp set, and is die cut with the Apothecary Accents framelits. The flowers are wrapped with the twine from the FREE Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack, another Sale a Bration freebie. For every $50 subtotal order, you can select from 13 FREE Sale a Bration choices!
