Red Hat Society Hat favors

Having fun making these hat favors!  The first is a Red Hat with a Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch Elegant Eggplant cardstock strip wrapped around the Treat Cup.  The 2nd favor is Elegant Eggplant cardstock with 1/8" Real Red Taffeta Ribbon wrapped around.  I used the flower punches from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack for the flowers and finished them off with Basic Pearls.  The Circle treat cups are on page 160 of Stampin'Up!'s annual catalog.  You get 12 cups for $2.95.  I used the 1 3/4" and 2 1/2" circle punches to do the hat bases.  These are easy peasy!
