This card is for a very special granddaughter's 8th birthday! I hope she likes it! I was inspired by Patsy Waggoner's card. I'm not sure what supplies she used so I winged it. I did free hand cut the hair and arms. I used a 1/4" circle punch, 1 3/4", 1 1/4" circles, and the Owl Builder and large and medium oval punches. The sentiment is from the Just Sayin' stamp set and is cut with the Word Bubbles framelits. My card base is Whisper White with layers of Basic Black and Soft Sky.
