Party Wishes stamp set, Gift Card Card Holder

I tweaked this from Jill Hilliard who tweaked hers from a BJ.  You could use any stamp set with this, but the It's My Party Suite works great as it all coordinates beautifully.  The Party Wishes stamp set and the Party Punch Pack can be purchased as a bundle, saving you 15%.  The It's My Party Designer Series Paper stack is a fabulous pad of 12 x 12 paper, 48 sheets, 4 each of 12 double sided designs!  My card base is Mint Macaron, cut at 4.25 x 11, and then scored at 2.25 and 5.5 the long way.  Stamp on the short scored area, notch it with a 1" circle punch, and adhere with the tear and tape adhesive.  The inside Whisper White is 4 x 5.25.  The front dsp is 3 x 4, and the Mint Macaron and Whisper White strips are 3 x 1.5, and 3 x 3.25. I tied a bow in the Baker's Twine, also part of this suite, and adhered with a mini glue dot.  I used Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, and Archival Basic Black inks.  The new product is found on pages 4, 5, and 6 of the Stampin'Up! Occasions catalog. My downline and stamp clubs made this card for January!
