Animal Outing Accordion Pop-Up Card
The Accordion Pop-Up cards are addictive to make. This one uses the Animal Outing stamp set, Animal Friends Thinlits Dies, and the Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper. You can purchase the the stamp set and dies as a bundle, saving you 10%. I tweaked Dawn Griffith's measurements and used a different stamp set, but am happy with my card. My card base is 8.5" x 5.5". The inside layer is 5.25" x 10", scored @ 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", & 8". Cover the scored skinny areas with the designer series paper strips that are 7/8" x 5 1/8". You need 6 strips. If this whole layer is designer series paper, then you won't need to make separate strips. I did cut two of each of the animals because when you color with the blends, they bleed through to the back and I wanted that covered up. Isn't this just stinking cute?
