The sentiment and the swirly candle flame are in this stamp set. The "candles" and the sentiment and the Whisper White background layer are die cut with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits. There are 13 stitched rectangle dies in this set! I colored pearls with various blends. I was inspired by a swap I received at the North Carolina On Stage but I can't remember the name to give credit. I tweaked it to make it my own version, but thank you to the original creator.
