Sweet Little Stockings Bundle, Floating Strips Technique
The tag shaped die is included with the Sweet Little Stockings Bundle. I adhered my 1/4" x 2.5" strips to a piece of Window Sheet that was 2.5 x 4.5. After I die cut my piece, I put adhesive strips behind the strips so they don't show through, which gives the "floating strips" look.
