Washer Pendant Necklace I made!

This uses your standard hardware washer that you can find in your hubby's garage, but this is bigger, just over 2 inches in diameter.  I spray painted it black first, then cut my circle with the circle scissors plus.  I used the Night and Day Specialty designer series paper.  For the inside circle, I used the 1 inch circle punch.  I then used crystal effects to adhere it and also to coat the whole top.  I did this on both sides so that it is reversible.  I will experiment with embellishments next.  If you would be interested in a class, please leave a comment.
