Minnie Mouse card

Making birthday cards for some grandchildren today!  And since I just came back from Leadership in Florida, it is only fitting that I make Disney cards, right?  Here I used the Hearts Border punch which is on sale right now on the Weekly Deals.  Check them out here.  Just click on products, shop now, and Weekly Deals.  The sentiment is from the Birthday Bash stamp set!  It is part of bigger stamp but I just fussy cut the banner.  I used the new Bow Builder punch for the bow.  So easy to do with mini glue dots and a bone folder!  Minnie's ears and head are done with the 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" circle punches.  My card base is Basic Black with layers of Real Red and paper from the Designer Series 12 x 12 paper stack, Brights.
