Awesome Otters stamp set, A FREE Sale a Bration Choice!
The three otters in this stamp set are so darn cute! And this is a FREE choice, when you purchase $50! My background is the Gentle Waves background stamp. First, I stamped the otter image. Then I stamped it again on a full sticky Post It Note, cutting out just the otter. I placed that over my stamped image, then stamped the waves/sand with my Stamparatus. I also used a Blending Brush for the water and sky. Then I removed my post it note, and colored my little guy. I used blends to color the droplets, and then used Wink of Stella on the droplets.
